Buzz Mill is two blocks south and embodies the Austin vibe with indoor/outdoor seating, unique alcoholic drinks, locally roasted premium specialty coffee, events, and food trucks. It is typically open 24 hours a day and is a local favorite.

Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail and Boardwalk is a 10-mile trail that meanders along the water's edge. Whether you want to watch the bats under Congress Avenue bridge, walk your dog, bike, hike, or birdwatch, the trail is a great way to connect with nature and enjoy Austin's beautiful scenery.

Lady Bird Lake is across the street but can feel miles away from downtown Austn. If you want to rent a paddle board or kayak, EpicSUP is a quick 3-minute walk across the street.

If you want escape for a well-deserved vacation, the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is 5.5 miles, or about a 12-minute drive, from our community.

These restaurants are only two blocks away, just a 6-minute walk. You may have seen Chi’Lantro on Shark Tank – they started with a food truck & the goal to become the leading Korean Tex-Mex brand in Texas. Now, they're famous for their Kimchi Fries. If you're looking for some Chinese comfort food, like steamed buns & Szechuan fries, check out BAO'D UP . 1618 Asian Fusion, Pho Please, and Baby Acapulco are also nearby restaurants that locals like to frequent.

Noble Joe Coffee is an Austin-based coffee shop that supports a new non-profit organization each month. If you're looking for a drive-through, Starbucks has you covered. There are plenty of places within a couple of blocks to run your daily errands such as grocery shopping, filling prescriptions, setting up cell phone service, trying a new hairdo, sending a package, or establishing a bank account (HEB Grocery Store, Walgreens, Garbo Salon, AT&T, The UPS Store, Chase Bank).

Our community is about 3 miles from the Texas Capitol and only 2.2 miles from the 6th Street. We're close to Public Transit, just 3 blocks from the Riverside/Town Creek bus stop.
