- Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a few spaces that can be reserved, for an additional amount monthly.
- Unless you reserve a space for an additional monthly amount, parking spaces for residents are unassigned in the garage inside the access gates. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for residents only.
