We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Currently we are not participating in the Section 8 program or any other housing voucher program. You are more than welcome to tour our community and complete an application if you feel you meet the community's resident qualifications.
Renter's Liability Insurance is required and all of our residents are pre-approved for insurance coverage through our preferred insurance provider, Homebody. Contact the office for details.
Our residents like to know who their neighbors are, so short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO are not allowed.
